1. The solid foamex thermal protection is applied. It isn’t need of service while in exploiting, and protects an external wall of an inner container from corrosion.

2. The stop valve: spherical cranes from the rustless steel, raising reliability, convenience and durability are applied.

3. The external casing is covered with special powder enamel with improved light-reflecting PERFOMANCE SPECIFICATION promoting reduction of heat.

4. The control system of carbon dioxide weight in РДХ, consists of two parts of the indication block located on the tank and the indication block, which is placed in a room, providing the most convenient control over the consumption of CO₂ . The control system of weight is supplied with the emergency sound signal system that allows protecting capacity from overtopping.

РЖУ has the reduced overall dimensions, the increased lagging layer -200 mm (solid foamex), working pressure 2,2 MPa, that provides minimal pressure increment no more than 0,07 MPa /day with an ambient temperature +30°С.

They warm up carbonic gas enterinfg after gasifier or/and tank. They adjust temperature of gaseous carbon dioxide on output; prevent reducers frosting and pressure regulators. Productivity is increased up to I 100 kg / ю.

Reducer AGT 219

It is intended for stabilization of pressure during a work. The case is made of stainless steel.

Keeping of pressure block AGT 220

For large consumers with the charge of liquid carbon dioxide up to 400 kg / ю«Я It is intended for keeping of pressure in capacity at the intensive charge of liquid carbon dioxide.

Generator of "dry" ice AGT 328А

Outside the device cases with a metal sheet with powder polyester covering which protects from ultra-violet rays and atmospheric influences. Foamex thermoinsulation has good heat-insulating and hygroscopic properties and does not leak on the ice formation hollow surface that protects it from corrosion.
