The department is intended for realization of the periodic technical survey of cylinders by capacity up to 50 litres and pressure up to 150 kGs/cm2 operations (STATE STANDARD 949-73).

Throughput of a department is not less than 3 cylinders at one o'clock.

The equipment of this department are placed any way as special bases it is not required.

Distinctive feature of the given site are the technical decisions directed on a safety at tests, and also convenience and simplicity of service, universality.

The department is equipped with the device for clearing an internal surface of cylinders, a bath, the device of illumination of a surface at internal survey of cylinders, the stand for hydraulic tests of cylinders, a key for turning gates of cylinders.

In the state bodies of supervision the equipment is not subject to registration. For carrying out of technical survey of cylinders it is necessary for enterprise to have the license on «the Right of realization of activity on carrying out of technical survey of cylinders », given by regional branch the Russian Federationengineering supervision.

For carrying out of similar works for fire extinguishers presence of the license on «Manufacture and carrying out of tests and delivery of fire technical equipment», given by Department of the state fire-prevention service is necessary.
